Step-by-step instructions for the most common tasks in HR Managing.
From your dashboard, click "Employees" in the sidebar, then click the "Add Employee" button. Fill in the required fields including name, email, job title, and start date. Click save, and the employee profile will be created. You can then upload documents and add further details at any time.
Go to the "Attendance" section from the dashboard. Select the date you want to record, then mark each employee as present or absent. You can add start and end times for each entry. Attendance records are saved automatically and form part of your auditable compliance trail.
Employees can log in to their own account and navigate to the "Holiday Request" section. They select their requested dates and submit. As the administrator, you will see pending requests on your dashboard and can approve or decline them. The full history is recorded automatically.
Open the employee's profile by clicking their name in the employee list. Go to the "Documents" tab and click "Upload". You can upload contracts, right to work documents, passport copies, visa documents, and any other files. Each document is stored against that employee's profile for easy retrieval.
Navigate to the "Annual Review" section from the dashboard. You can create a new review for any employee, add performance notes, set goals, and record the outcome. Completed reviews are stored against the employee profile and can be referenced at any time.
Go to the "Notice Board" section and click "New Notice". Enter a title and message, then publish. All employees in your company will see the notice when they log in. You can edit or remove notices at any time.
Click on "My Company" in the navigation. From there you can update your company name, address, and other details. Changes are saved immediately.
If you need to export your data, please contact us at support@hrmanaging.co.uk and we will provide your records in a suitable format. We are working on an in-app export feature for a future update.
