The service allows companies to manage employee records, track attendance, handle holiday requests, store documents, conduct annual reviews, and maintain compliance with Home Office and UK employment regulations.

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will become inactive unless you select a paid plan. All data entered during the trial will be preserved if you choose to continue.
Paid plans are billed monthly on a per-employee basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website at hrmanaging.co.uk. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into HR Managing. We do not claim any ownership rights over your company data, employee records, or uploaded documents.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you enter. You must ensure that you have the necessary consent and legal basis to process employee personal data through our platform.
We act as a data processor on your behalf. Our responsibilities as a processor are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use HR Managing to:
HR Managing uses a multi-tenant architecture where each company's data is logically isolated from all other companies on the platform. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep HR Managing available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or address technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
HR Managing is provided "as is" and "as available". While we design our platform to support compliance with Home Office and UK employment requirements, we do not guarantee that use of our service will ensure full regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for your own legal compliance obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The HR Managing platform, website, branding, and all related content are owned by HR Managing and protected by UK intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without our written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
